What to do when you’re feeling shaky: Don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re experiencing a few ups and downs. Take it easy on yourself. Really narrow in on self-care and social support here. Take charge of your mental health so you can quickly return to a state of feeling well.

Bouncing back is tough. Getting enjoyment out of things that usually bring a smile to your face seems to have disappeared.
What to do when you’re spiralling: Prioritise self-care and social support – double down on this stuff. But please, also consider professional support.

Often, it’s a journey – a journey filled with complexity and several different factors that might be contributing to how you’re feeling. What this means is that there are points along this journey where you can STOP and REFLECT on how you’re feeling and TAKE appropriate ACTON to change your trajectory for the better! BUT YOU MUST TAKE ACTION. If you change nothing, nothing will change.
