Returns Policy

Please read below for all of the information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty items and, how to return your item(s).

  • Full refund, size exchange or credit note available for all full price items.
  • Sale Items are eligible for an online store credit only, unless the item is faulty and meets our criteria for a refund.
  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their order.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. All original tags must remain attached.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item.
  • We will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by courier or postal service.

How to return your item(s)

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but rest assured we will get this sorted out for you as soon as possible.

  1. Please complete and submit the online returns form below.
  2. Once submitted, one of our support team will respond to you within 1-2 business days with your Return Authorisation Form.
  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel.
  5. Send parcel back to PO Box 370, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Attention to: LIVIN Returns.
  6. Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, exchange or store credit.
